WISE Therapy specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma treatment (EMDR), and in simply helping you feel normal again.
WISE Therapy currently serves residents of Washington state through individual, couple, and family teletherapy. Christian counseling is available upon request. Services for Nevada residents will be coming soon.
Clinical supervision is available for associate level MFTs in Washington state seeking individual and/or group supervision to meet licensure requirements.
SERVICES
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy is a collaborative treatment based on the relationship between an individual and a therapist. Grounded in dialogue, it provides a supportive environment that allows you to talk openly with someone who’s objective, neutral, and nonjudgmental. You and the therapist work together to identify and change the thought and behavior patterns that are keeping you from feeling your best.
Initial appointment: $180*
Weekly or bi-weekly appointments: $160*

COUPLES THERAPY
Couples therapy is about helping you to learn and practice the tools that help you achieve a better relationship. In couples therapy there is an intensive focus on improving communication dynamics and patterns within the relationship. The therapist analyzes and provides feedback to the couple, making suggestions on how to improve interactions, and enhance satisfaction.

FAMILY THERAPY
Family therapy may include siblings, parents, children, multiple generations, and other variations of the family constellation. This type of therapy is generally short-term and focuses on specific goals. It explores the patterns, conflicts, and ways of communicating in your family system. The therapist works toward change in the identified systems of interaction and toward building healthier interactions.

SUPERVISION
Clinical supervision is a formal and disciplined working alliance between a state-approved supervisor and associate-level supervisee. The supervisee's clinical work is reviewed and reflected upon with the aim of improving the supervisee's work with clients; ensuring client welfare; supporting the supervisee in professional development. Meetings are either weekly or bi-weekly.
Individual supervision: $120
Group supervision: $80*
*Limited to 6 associates per session
